VARITAS CONSULTING is a registered South African management consulting firm, headquartered in Johannesburg and serving clients across all nine provinces. We specialise in the intersection of occupational learning, regulatory compliance, and enterprise capability — a space where few firms operate with both the technical expertise and the human-centred approach that results truly demand.
Our team brings together registered assessors, moderators, skills development facilitators, and curriculum designers who understand the South African qualifications landscape from the inside. We have worked with SETAs, corporates, municipalities, training providers, and NGOs — adapting our delivery model to fit the realities of each client's context.
Founded in 2024, VARITAS was built to close a gap: the space between organisations that want to invest in their people and the complex, often opaque system of accreditation, compliance, and delivery that surrounds that investment. We make that system navigable — and we make the learning that comes out of it genuinely valuable.

Founder & Managing Director, VARITAS CONSULTING
VARITAS CONSULTING was born out of a conviction that South African workplaces deserve better — better training, better compliance support, and a consulting partner who genuinely understands the complexity of the national qualifications landscape.
Having worked across enterprise learning, SETA engagement, and skills development facilitation, I saw firsthand the gap between organisations' intentions to invest in their people and the systems designed to support that investment. VARITAS exists to close that gap.
Our work is built on relationships, rigour, and a deep respect for the South African context. Every organisation we partner with is unique — and we treat it that way.
